1. Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by Auxsyon Tech Pvt Ltd—including web development, software solutions, education projects, design, printing, and digital support—are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy is compliant with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. No Cancellations After Initiation
Once service delivery begins (including consultation, development, or design initiation), cancellation requests will not be accepted. This protects business integrity and avoids resource misuse.
3. Customized Digital Deliverables
Since all digital products (like websites, software, and branding materials) are tailored per project, refunds will not be entertained post-approval or execution. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customized services are excluded from general refund obligations.
4. Exceptions (If Any)
Refunds may be processed only in cases of duplicate payments or technical failure, and must be reported within 24 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original mode of payment.
5. Service Quality Concerns
All concerns regarding quality must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. We review issues based on documented communication and signed scope of work. While we may provide corrections, we do not offer refunds under any condition.
6. Print & Physical Products
Damaged or defective items (if applicable) must be reported within 1 day of receipt, with clear proof. Only replacements may be provided, subject to company discretion and inventory availability. Perishable or customized items are non-returnable.
7. Third-Party Manufacturer Warranty
Products covered by manufacturer warranty (like software keys or hardware) must be claimed directly with the manufacturer. Auxsyon Tech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for third-party warranty fulfillment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Auxsyon Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from refund or cancellation requests. This ensures business sustainability and compliance.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All refund, cancellation, or service disputes shall be governed by Indian law. The legal jurisdiction for any such matter will be the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, where our registered office is located.
